Facilities Technician (Class 3 Driving Licence)
Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works at residential and commercial properties.
- Carry out basic electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and general building maintenance.
- Travel to different properties to attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and rectify building defects and equipment faults.
- Coordinate with contractors for servicing and repair works.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and general repair works.
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Willing to travel frequently between different property sites.
- Able to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing and fire protection systems will be an advantage.
