Boutique Manager - Luxury Watches

Location: Orchard / Raffles Place, Singapore Working Days: 4 Days per Week (Retail Roster) Industry: Luxury Retail / Watches Salary: Attractive Remuneration Package (Commensurate with Experience) Job Description We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales performance of two luxury watch boutiques located within close proximity in the Orchard / Raffles area. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in luxury retail management, and experience taking full responsibility for boutique operations and team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of two luxury watch boutiques.

Lead, coach and motivate retail teams to achieve individual and boutique sales targets.

Drive sales performance, customer engagement and business growth through effective sales strategies.

Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training and development.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards and deliver a premium luxury shopping experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and high-net-worth customers.

Monitor sales KPIs, inventory management, stock movements and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.

Take full ownership of boutique operations, including manpower planning, sales performance and service excellence.

Job Requirements Currently holding or previously held a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager position in luxury retail.

Must have experience as the primary person-in-charge of a retail boutique , with accountability for daily operations, team leadership and sales performance.

Proven experience managing, coaching and developing a retail sales team.

Strong commercial awareness, sales-driven mindset and ability to achieve retail KPIs.

Experience in luxury watches, jewellery or other high-end luxury retail sectors is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship management skills.

Able to work independently, make operational decisions and oversee two boutique locations effectively.

Comfortable working a 4-day retail roster, including weekends and public holidays where scheduled.
