🕒 Working Hours: 12 Hours shift rotation (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM) - Shift allowance per day provided.

About the Role
Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company seeking an Assistant Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and production activities within a structured and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and assist in troubleshooting process and quality-related issues.
- Coordinate production schedules and support operational planning activities.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support equipment maintenance coordination and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor material usage and support inventory control activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, engineering support, process operations, or related environments.
- Candidates from electronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, chemical processing, or manufacturing industries are welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn.
