Your Tasks
- Primary contact for customers in the After Sales area, especially for technical questions
- Technical preparation of service technician assignments within the area of responsibility in close coordination with the Service Coordinator, if necessary scheduling of service assignments
- Professional development of service technicians together with the Service Manager
- Primary contact for technical tasks and problems, also on construction sites and on-site at the customer's premises
- Responsible for the creation of offers and the preparation and planning after order placement, including the clarification of detailed questions for offer creation on-site
- Responsible for the implementation and handover of work and projects to the client
- Checking of service reports and their approval
- Processing of deficiency notices
- Support in warranty processing and transport damage
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Mechatroniker for Kältetechnik (refrigeration technician) or a related professional training with several years of professional experience in the refrigeration industry
- Knowledge of control technology
- Experience in the organization and coordination of service technicians and subcontractors
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Field Service or a comparable digital Service Management System
- English skills
