At SwedQ, you will work closely with technically strong people, both internally and at the customer site. This means you will have great opportunities to both teach, learn, and be part of setting the standard for what good platform work actually looks like. Who are you? You have at least 5 years of experience building, operating, and further developing platforms, cloud infrastructure, or internal developer platforms in a production environment

You have strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

You have worked hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, and modern deployment flows

You are comfortable with Infrastructure as Code, for example Terraform, Pulumi, or similar

You have experience with CI/CD, automation, and building developer-friendly platforms that are actually used

You understand that platform work is not about technology for technology's sake, but about creating speed, stability, security, and a better developer experience

You have practical experience with observability, logging, metrics, and incident-related work

You have worked with security in platforms, for example secrets management, IAM, policy enforcement, or compliance-related requirements

You have experience supporting or building solutions around AI/ML workloads, for example:

operation of AI services or models in the cloud

platform support for LLM applications

vector databases, inference pipelines, or GPU-related environments

MLOps, model management, or deployment of AI components

You have a pragmatic mindset and can decide when something needs to be elegant – and when it just needs to work properly

You take ownership all the way from design to operation and continuous improvement

You communicate well and function well with developers, architects, product people, and stakeholders

You are proficient in English, both spoken and written

Extra plus if you also have: Experience of platform teams or Internal Developer Platforms

Built self-service solutions for development teams

Experience of LLM integrations, RAG architecture, or AI support in production systems

Worked in a consultancy environment or in several different technical environments with a high pace of change

Interest in open source, developer tools, or technical leadership
