Communicating and creating trusting relationships at various levels in a diverse and international organization is second nature to you. To thrive in this role, you should be self-driven, engaged, and well-organized. You are also accustomed to taking your own initiatives and working with problem-solving. You have a good understanding of the Iranian market and can develop processes across different functions.

We believe that you have a university degree, or equivalent work experience. We consider it meritorious if you have documented leadership experience or have worked with strengthening business development opportunities. It is a prerequisite that you have excellent analytical skills and that you are fluent in Persian and English, both written and verbal.

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will be part of a professional team and develop projects. The position is located in Mölndal. As a Process Developer, you will work actively with the simplification of current processes and system solutions. You will compile development needs within the process as well as participate in prioritization and decision-making regarding improvements. You will play an important role by being the "bridge" between the business unit's operations and our customers. You will function as a project manager within your area of responsibility and drive various change management processes. Of course, you will also work actively to achieve personal as well as departmental goals. We are looking for you who have many years of experience in business development within the Iranian market. You have a wide network of contacts in Iran and have success in social contexts. Your personal qualities are the key to your success in the role. The company operates within financial support, tax matters, business advisory, and corporate assessment, as well as advisory and consulting activities within business and corporate development. The company also conducts web design and marketing, as well as advisory activities for foreign investors establishing themselves in Sweden.
