As Group Manager Access & Teknik, you have overall responsibility for the group's employees, operations, delivery, and development. You lead through others and create the right conditions for our technical specialists to succeed.

You will, among other things:

  • lead, coach, and develop the group's employees
  • be responsible for personnel, work environment, budget, and operational planning
  • ensure stable operation and further development of the group's services
  • drive improvements, investments, and lifecycle management
  • manage and follow up on suppliers, agreements, and service deliveries
  • collaborate with other parts of IT and the business.

Who are you? We are looking for you who is a confident and engaging leader with experience in leading technical specialists. You are used to making decisions, prioritizing, and creating structure in a complex environment. You build trust, communicate clearly, and have the ability to translate business needs into concrete results.

You have:

  • relevant university education or equivalent experience
  • very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • several years of experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility
  • experience from IT-infrastruktur, telecom, or another mission-critical technical environment
  • experience in supplier management and business development
  • a good understanding of how different technical platforms and services interact.

It is meritorious if you have experience in, for example, communication networks, datacenters, radio, networks, critical infrastructure, or ITIL.
