Senior Advisor Electrical, Porsgrunn

Do you want to join the development of some of the region's most exciting projects within hospitals and industry? We are experiencing strong growth and are therefore seeking an experienced electrical engineer/advisor to our office in Porsgrunn. With us, you will get a key role in a competent professional environment, where you can both influence project execution and contribute to the further development of the team and the professional field.

Your tasks will typically include:

• Consulting, design, and follow-up of electrical and telecommunications installations in, for example, schools, commercial buildings, hospitals, industry, and residential buildings
• Project and assignment management, professional responsibility, and discipline leadership electrical for both single- and multidisciplinary assignments in all phases of a project, as well as in various contract models
• Technical construction site follow-up
• Preparing models, drawings, tender documents, plans, cost estimates, and similar
• Coordination and interface control for electrical and telecommunications installations
• Project management
• Sharing competence and experiences with other Sweco offices and colleagues
• Participating in the development of the electrical professional area in Sweco Norge
• Customer contact and relationship building

Your background:

• You have relevant higher education within the electrical field (vocational college, university college, or university). Relevant experience and trade certificates can compensate for a lack of education.
• You have experience from digital drawing, modeling, and calculation tools (Revit, etc.).
• Good understanding of BIM is an advantage
• You have a good understanding of electrical and telecommunications systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience from the construction and civil engineering industry
