Your tasks
About the assignment 📋 In this assignment, you will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and documenting technical component information for a project within the process industry.
The work involves reviewing suppliers' data sheets, identifying missing information, and completing the documentation through digital research and direct contact with suppliers and manufacturers.
The goal is to produce ISA Datasheet documentation by filling in approximately 5,000–10,000 fields in Excel. About half of the information is already available in existing data sheets, while the remaining data needs to be collected through additional research and supplier dialogue.
Tasks 📝
- Collect and compile technical information about components in a process plant.
- Review supplier data sheets and register component information in Excel.
- Search for supplementary technical information on suppliers' and manufacturers' websites.
- Contact suppliers and manufacturers to obtain missing data.
- Document and quality assure approximately 5,000–10,000 data fields.
- Contribute to the production of complete and correct ISA Datasheet documentation.
Requirements
We are looking for you who 🎯 You work in a structured, focused, and proactive manner with a good ability to plan your time and prioritize tasks. You enjoy detailed documentation work and can independently drive the information collection forward.
You have a meticulous working method, are comfortable with repetitive tasks, and ensure that information is registered correctly and within set timeframes.
Mandatory requirements ✅
- Experience in document management within life science, the pharmaceutical industry, or biotechnological projects.
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience handling large amounts of information.
- Ability to independently search for, review, and compile technical information.
- Very high level of accuracy, structure, and the ability to plan work effectively.
- Good communication skills and experience working in English.
Meritorious requirements ⭐
- Previous experience in technical documentation or similar information collection assignments.
- Experience in supplier dialogue and handling technical data sheets.
- Experience with ISA Datasheets or documentation within the process industry.
- Knowledge of Swedish.
