Senior Product Designer in Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Designer for an exciting consulting assignment south of Stockholm. You will play a central role in the further development of an important tool within the client's pre-sales process, which is currently being modernized from an older desktop solution to a modern web application. The role combines UX, UI, prototyping, and close user collaboration. You will have great opportunities to influence both the user experience and how the solution is developed moving forward. We are looking for you who 🎯 You are a senior Product Designer who can quickly familiarize yourself with complex businesses and information-intensive systems. You are confident in independently driving the UX/UI work, asking the right questions, and transforming user needs into clear and usable solutions. You thrive working close to users, Product Owner, and development teams and are comfortable iterating solutions based on continuous feedback. Tasks 🛠️ Translate user needs into clear user flows and design solutions

Develop and test concepts and prototypes

Drive the UX and UI work throughout the entire design process

Collect user feedback and continuously improve the solution

Collaborate closely with users, Product Owner, and developers

Contribute to change management and the transition to new ways of working

Shape the user experience in a complex and information-intensive environment

Mandatory requirements ✅ Several years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on UX/UI

Strong practical experience with Figma, including design and prototyping

Experience in independently driving UX/UI work

Experience with user-driven design and working with continuous feedback loops

Ability to translate complex user needs into clear and user-friendly solutions

Experience of close collaboration with Product Owner and development teams

English at a full professional level

Meritorious requirements ➕ Experience from large industrial companies

Experience with complex or information-intensive systems

Experience with change management related to new digital solutions and ways of working
