Your tasks
About the assignment 📋 As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and supporting an agile development team with a focus on product quality, priorities, and deliveries. You have budget responsibility and ensure that the team's backlog is updated based on business needs, requirements, and improvement suggestions.
You work closely with development teams, program organization, stakeholders, and customers to create clear priorities and ensure progress. The role requires a good understanding of Scrum and experience with distribution equipment within a relevant industrial environment.
Tasks 🔧
- Responsible for the team's budget as well as the quality of products being developed and delivered.
- Maintain and prioritize the team's backlog based on requirements, needs, and product improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams, program organization, customers, and other stakeholders regarding requirement management and priorities.
- Ensure that the development team has a common understanding of priorities and delivery goals.
- Support the team's daily work and actively participate in Scrum activities.
- Lead Sprint Reviews and contribute to Sprint Planning and backlog refinement.
- Participate in program-wide agile activities and contribute to the program's backlog.
Requirements
We are looking for you who 🎯 You are a senior project manager with solid experience in driving projects in technical environments. You are accustomed to working closely with development teams, managing various stakeholder needs, and translating requirements into concrete priorities.
You have a structured way of working, take responsibility for both quality and delivery, and thrive in a role where you combine operational presence with overall project responsibility.
Mandatory requirements ✅
- Several years of documented experience in project management.
- Knowledge of distribution equipment (Distribution Equipment).
- Good knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods.
- Previous experience from the client's organization and business.
- Experience in backlog management, requirement management, and sprint planning.
- Experience collaborating with development teams and stakeholders.
- English at an expert level, both spoken and written.
Meritorious requirements ⭐
- Experience of budget responsibility and product quality within technical development projects.
- Experience of program-wide coordination and product improvements.
