🔍About the role In this role, you combine qualified accounting and Financial Control with process development and ERP implementation. You will work hands-on with day-to-day finance while simultaneously contributing to the development of structures, internal controls, and efficient financial processes. You will have many contact points and collaborate with stakeholders from different parts of the organization.
📊Examples of tasks Responsible for day-to-day accounting and monthly closing
Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
Handle VAT reporting
Work with CAPEX, fixed assets, and accounting classification
Contribute to the implementation and development of ERP systems
Develop and document financial processes and internal controls
Support during audits and statutory reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with different parts of the business
🎯We are looking for you who has You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, Financial Control, or a similar qualified finance role. You have a solid accounting background and feel confident handling complex financial issues independently. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Very good knowledge of Swedish accounting and K3
Practical experience with reconciliations, intercompany, VAT, CAPEX, and fixed assets
Experience from industrial operations, preferably production, warehouse, or logistics
Experience with ERP implementation, where SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is particularly meritorious
Very good English, both spoken and written
