About the assignment 💼

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for an exciting consulting assignment in Malmö. You will play a central role in the development of a new digital solution for commercial planning within a large international organization.

The solution is intended to support several user groups, from store employees to specialists in store establishment, expansion, and store design. The goal is to create an intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experience that simplifies complex planning processes.

You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other UX specialists, contributing to both the daily user experience and long-term design development.

You are a senior UX Designer with solid experience in developing user-centered solutions for complex digital products, preferably within enterprise systems, retail, or planning tools.

You have the ability to understand the needs of different user groups and translate complex business requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.

You work independently with research, interaction design, and prototyping while also thriving in cross-functional teams. You are also curious about how AI can contribute to more efficient design work and software development.

Tasks 🎯

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for digital planning tools.
• Plan and conduct user research, map user journeys, and identify areas for improvement.

• Create wireframes, user flows, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
• Test and further develop design solutions together with users from different markets.

• Simplify complex workflows involving business rules, product data, spatial constraints, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other UX specialists regarding design and technical solutions.

• Work with design systems and reusable design components to ensure scalability and consistency.

Mandatory requirements ✅

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer focusing on complex digital products.
• Documented experience in wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.

• Good experience with design systems and interaction design.
• Good knowledge of Figma as well as experience with tools such as Framer and Miro.

• Experience in user-centered design, including research, user journeys, and user testing.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.

• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Portfolio showing relevant UX projects. Applications without a portfolio will not be processed.

Merit requirements ⭐

• Experience with complex enterprise systems, retail, or commercial planning solutions.
• Experience with data-rich workflows, spatial planning, or 3D-based digital products.

• Experience of UX design for multiple user groups and international markets.
• Experience of developing new digital products from scratch or improving existing solutions.

• Experience with AI-supported design processes and software development.
