ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide first-class service
• Build strong customer relationships and actively promote loyalty programs
• Recruit, onboard, and coach talent to ensure succession plans
• Set individual and team goals and proactively evaluate performance
• Ensure smooth shop operations - including inventory, cash management, loss prevention, and compliance

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in the field of luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Digital competence and sound operational know-how
• A winning personality who easily builds trusting relationships and motivates others
• Customer-oriented, curious, empathetic, and results-oriented - a team player with strong commercial thinking
• English skills appropriate to the role
