• Strategic procurement of indirect materials and services for the SWARCO ITS Division
• Identification and selection of new suppliers and partners as well as realization of synergy and optimization potential in the existing supplier portfolio
• Creation and execution of tenders
• Conducting price and contract negotiations as well as participation in award decisions and contract processing
• Cross-functional cooperation with international branches to coordinate strategic procurement activities as well as definition and implementation of the medium- and long-term strategy
• Optimization of existing procurement processes, particularly regarding digitalization and efficiency increases
• Leading and participating in international purchasing and procurement projects

• Completed commercial studies, technical understanding an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement, ideally with a focus on indirect procurement
• Experience with complex or international procurement projects
• Analytical mindset as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High internal customer and service orientation
• Strong negotiation skills as well as a high degree of independence and assertiveness
• Very good MS-Office skills; experience with ERP systems, SAP an advantage
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing for cooperation in an international environment

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary that is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees in trade, crafts, and services.
