We are looking for experienced (metal) technicians who will take on product responsibility in the field of engineering and develop manufacturing strategies.

You have completed technical training and several years of experience: either in the field of design, mechanical manufacturing (machining or assembly) or joining technology (TIG welding/high vacuum brazing), combined with established competence in project management. If you are strong in implementation and, in addition to communicative skills, also possess analytical strength, we look forward to receiving your application documents!

1 Experienced Engineering Experts Your Main Tasks

• Technical contact person for our demanding customers in high-tech future industries
• Implementation of new and complex products in the quotation phase
• Technical support in the design and concept phase
• Preparation and coordination for the creation of the manufacturing strategy, including "Make or Buy" decisions
• Close coordination with Sales, Production, Quality, Purchasing, R&D, and within Engineering
• Final responsibility for the product

Your Education

• Completed technical training as a Werkmeister or Meister in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, materials science.
• University of Applied Sciences / University degree (BSc/MSc) is an advantage

Your Knowledge and Skills

• Several years of experience in project management (training in the field of project management is an advantage)
• Experience in special machine construction/plant engineering
• Very good self-organization and general organizational talent
• Several years of experience with ERP systems
• Focused mindset as an optimization driver
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Proactive personality
• Strong-willed and implementation-oriented character (hands-on)
• Rational intelligence (comprehension, creativity, logic)
• Strong team player
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2
