Tasks

You drive research independently and in a team and develop concepts from them – from styles to fabrics to high-quality details

You work closely with Design, Einkauf, and Marketing throughout the season

You translate briefings into a clear design direction and contribute your own ideas

You consistently develop our collections further with well-founded updates

You visualize ideas quickly – from the sketch to the clear design concept

You help shape the seasonal composition and structure of the collection

You use insights from Einkauf and Marketing to consistently align products with our brand philosophy – timeless style, focus on Essentials, clear processes

You present concepts and product development confidently – both internally and externally

You are responsible for product development end-to-end – from the technical drawing to the final Fitting

You communicate with suppliers regarding material samples, delivery times, and quality

Qualification

Completed training or studies in the field of Fashion Design or a comparable qualification

At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Designer, ideally in the Menswear or Essentials segment

Strong interest in fashion and design as well as a keen eye for colors and fit

Enthusiasm for SW Studios and the thematic worlds in which we operate

Good research skills and the ability to translate design concepts, with sound knowledge of design history, references, current trends, and competitors

Technical and conceptual design knowledge

Knowledge of industrial methods, products, ingredients, fabrics, and sewing constructions

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, additional experience with 3D is an advantage

Very good English skills in speaking and writing
