Tasks

• You check incoming samples and evaluate fit, workmanship, and quality
• You create and maintain technical documentation for production
• You upload documents and files into our systems and keep them structured
• You maintain our lists and keep an eye on statuses and deadlines
• You prepare approvals for production – in coordination with Head of Design and Senior Design
• You take on assisting tasks in the day-to-day business of the design team
• You support trend and market research

Qualification

• Completed training or studies in the field of fashion design, design, or graphic design
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience as a Design Assistant or in a comparable position
• Strong interest in fashion and design as well as a good eye for colors and fit
• Enthusiasm for SW Studios and the thematic worlds in which we operate
• Proficient use of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• A confident sense for trends, materials, and workmanship
• Confident communication – both internally and externally – even in hectic phases
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
