People Partner
My name is Hannah Holst Kragelund, Regional Head of People & Culture Europe, and I am looking for a trusted People Partner to join our team.
Here, you will be working closely with me as well as with a dedicated P&C team of professionals spread across Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring that the fundamentals are executed flawlessly while also driving projects, supporting organizational change, and contributing to the development of our people agenda across Europe.
I am looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership, works independently, and has the judgment to know when to challenge and when to support. Someone who is equally comfortable preparing an employment contract, improving a process, managing a project, or helping solve complex people-related challenges.
