Project Manager / Project Asst.Manager (Can Speak English or Chinese)

• Plan project activities and monitor progress
• Supervise the project development process to ensure compliance with quality system procedures
• Deliver project documents on time and maintain organized document storage
• Coordinate communication between various departments involved in the project development process
• Manage and prepare for project audits by customers
• Ensure timely delivery of samples and small lots during the project handover phase
• Drive and continuously improve systemic issues occurring during project execution
• Identify potential risks in the project process and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Male / Female, age 30 - 40 years old At least 5 years of experience in project management within the automotive manufacturing industry Understanding of Machining processes Proficiency in project management processes and related management tools Ability to manage data and report results effectively Knowledge and understanding of Die Casting processes and mold design Good analytical thinking and leadership skills, detail-oriented, careful, and enthusiastic about work Excellent communication skills in Chinese or English Must be able to commute to work independently; no shuttle service provided
