Manufacturing Engineer

• Design and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Develop manufacturing processes, validate, and improve for robustness and efficiency
• Use IE (Industrial Engineering) tools
• New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Support Trial Run for new products and processes
• Define work standards, cycle times, and required fixtures
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Production departments to ensure Manufacturability
• Lead Lean Manufacturing projects such as new Layout design, 5S/6S improvement, and resolving production bottlenecks
• Support troubleshooting and improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Skills and tools required: Technical tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP/MRP, MES

Qualifications: Male, age 25-48 years old Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related fields At least 3 years of experience in an Automotive Part factory Experience in automotive parts manufacturing with knowledge of IATF16949:2016 Detail-oriented, careful, and enthusiastic about work Possess management abilities, analytical skills, and good problem-solving skills Good English communication skills Ability to start work immediately will be specially considered Able to commute to work independently Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturday according to the company calendar
