Your tasks

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Project Officer will have the following missions:

• Implement the skills development plan,
• Recruit personnel according to manager requests,
• Perform administrative management,
• Contribute to the improvement and development of the HR process.

This in coherence with the strategic orientations of the company and in compliance with objectives (budget, deadlines, costs, customer satisfaction, quality, safety, environment).

Requirements

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in human resources, you have proven and successful experience within an HR department. A first experience within an industrial environment would be appreciated.

Organization, method, and adaptability will be your main assets for this position. You have a good command of IT and a professional level of English.
