1. Produce still images and video media

• Primarily responsible for brand still photography and video
• Design and compose images to suit the brand and target customer groups
• Produce Artwork for promotions, menus, campaigns, and in-store media
• Oversee the quality of media before publication

1. Work with the Content & Marketing Communication Administrator team

• Work with the Content & Marketing Communication Administrator to improve media quality
• Provide suggestions regarding camera angles, filming techniques, and production feasibility
• Help ideate new presentation formats suitable for each platform
• Understand work Briefs from the Content & Marketing Communication Administrator

1. Oversee filming and production

• Ensure filming follows the specified Direction and Mood & Tone
• Control the quality of files, images, color, lighting, and work standards
• Prepare and maintain filming equipment to be in ready-to-use condition
• Plan filming to be efficient and on schedule

1. Support team growth

• Transfer knowledge of still photography and video to the team
• Develop the organization's Production work standards
• Continuously learn new trends in Media and Content
• Help the team solve immediate problems during filming and media production
