Operations Coordinator - Engineer
About the company
Important Company in the Oil & Gas Industry will incorporate a graduated Engineer who will be in charge of the following Mission: Collaborate with the plant and product management to ensure compliance with pumping programs and maintenance of the facilities under their charge, product custody, operational integrity, and asset security, maintaining relationships with third parties, all within the company's regulatory framework. Their Functions will be: 1.- Maintain operation and assets: Execute programs for reception, storage, transport, and delivery of crude oil, maintaining plant operability. Coordinate operations with their peer. Execute asset management policies. Collaborate in integrity management, especially in pipeline maintenance, prevention of damage by third parties, and natural actions. Supervise compliance with maintenance and works contracts. Prepare, manage, and present the operation indicator dashboard to their management, middle management, and management. Manage and control equipment associated with the plants (pickup trucks, skid steer loader, tools, IT equipment, etc.) 2.- Manage safety and environmental care: Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health legislation. Execute risk prevention policies. 3.- Administer human resources: Motivate and train personnel. Manage the training and qualification plan for operators. Verify personnel performance. Analyze attendance and organize shifts and personnel diagrams. Notify deviations and sanctions to personnel. Keep records of attendance and days off. 4.- Represent OTA locally before stakeholders. Maintain fluid contacts with the community, productive sectors, authorities, landowners, suppliers, and customers. 5.- Manage the expense and investment budget for the facilities under their responsibility. Make investment proposals to guarantee a continuous improvement process. Supervise the execution of contracts under their responsibility. Control the execution of the OPEX and CAPEX budget within their area of incumbency. Prepare technical specifications to contract services, works, and materials related to their functions. Maintain the spare parts warehouse. Follow up on electricity consumption, fuels, and other variable expenses. The selected applicant must be a graduated Engineer (Civil, Hydraulic, Industrial, or Petroleum) and reside in Chos Malal, given the importance and responsibility of the position. They will have a daytime schedule with full-time dedication and will occasionally need to travel to verify the normal functioning of their area and for meetings in Rincón de los Sauce or Buenos Aires. It is reiterated that the position must reside in Chos Malal.
