WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

📍 Placement: West Java

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee finance, accounting, and administrative operations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor company expenses, payments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Manage and improve administrative and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with management and related departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably at managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Mandarin or English proficiency will be an advantage.

💰 Salary: Starting from IDR 20 Million+ (Negotiable)
