Field Service Technician

Survey Digital Photovoltaics Μον. Α.Ε., one of the most prestigious Greek companies in the Renewable Energy sector, is looking for a Field Service Technician, based in Volos, to strengthen the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Department of photovoltaic installations.

The new partner will join the regional technical support team of Thessaly, based in Volos, taking responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and technical support of photovoltaic projects in the Almouros area. The candidate should reside in the broader Magnesia area to serve the PV parks of the region on a daily basis, as well as where required within the Greek territory.

Since 2012, Survey Digital has been active in the development, study, construction, operation, and maintenance of RES projects, currently managing a continuously growing portfolio of photovoltaic installations and battery systems throughout Greece.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of photovoltaic parks.
• Diagnosis and restoration of electrical and electromechanical faults.
• Inspections of Medium and Low Voltage installations.
• Participation in commissioning, testing, and restarts of installations.
• Execution of electrical measurements and drafting of technical reports.
• Collaboration with the Remote Monitoring Center (Control Room) for the immediate handling of incidents.
• Adherence to quality, health, and safety procedures according to company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical - Electronics - Mechanical Engineering Schools.
• Good level of English language knowledge.
• Completed military obligations.
• Category B driving license.
• Eagerness to collaborate and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform professional movements and travel.
• Ability to work independently, as well as effective collaboration within a team.
• Consistency, responsibility, and organizational skills.
