What we can accomplish together:

Within the Software Engineering department of the design office, your main missions will be to develop and maintain the software for ground systems including, among others: Ground stations for the piloting and supervision of drones and their payloads; Associated simulators; Tools (data link management, etc.)

To do this, you will need to: Design human-machine interfaces (HMI) for system control (mission planning, telemetry, data visualization); Implement communication protocols with electronic boards (autopilot, ground tracking, payload, ...); Ensure the integration of data flows (video, telemetry, sensors) in real time; Develop software modules for mission management (navigation, trajectory tracking, payload management); Participate in the global software architecture of ground systems; Ensure compatibility and interoperability with embedded systems; Write technical documentation (specifications, design, user manuals); Develop and execute software tests (unit, integration, validation); Participate in field trials and validation campaigns; Set up, execute, and maintain non-regression test campaigns; Ensure functional test coverage on different product configurations; Analyze anomalies, propose fixes, and ensure the follow-up of technical facts; Collaborate with electronic, systems, and operations teams.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Who are you?

With an engineering degree or a Master's degree with a specialization in computer science, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar field.

What we recognize in you: Your solid software development skills, mainly in C++ language; Your experience in HMI development (Qt, QML or similar frameworks); Your good mastery of software architectures and distributed systems; Your knowledge of network communication (UDP, TCP/IP, serial links, MQTT); Your knowledge of drone systems or robotics, which is highly appreciated; Your notions in real-time data processing (video, telemetry); Your use of software development tools (Git, SVN, automated tests); Your analytical capacity, rigor, and autonomy; Your good team spirit and communication; Your mastery of technical English.
