Job Summary
As a service ambassador, you will support outlet operations by serving food and beverages, managing cashier duties, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the outlet manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth outlet functioning
- Serve food and beverages to customers following F&B department procedures and standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs
- Maintain high service standards independently to uphold the café’s reputation
- Adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in front-of-house setup and closing duties, ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Manage cashier operations accurately and efficiently during assigned shifts
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support outlet operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Food Hygiene Certification is preferred to support safe food handling practices
