Are you an experienced Construction Labourer looking for consistent work with competitive pay and overtime opportunities?

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our growing team on construction projects in and around Potters Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with site experience who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of health and safety, and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting skilled tradespeople on site
• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Carrying out general labouring duties
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Supporting site operations to ensure projects run efficiently
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

Minimum 1 year's construction labouring experience Valid CSCS Card Valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) Number Strong work ethic and reliability Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual work Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own transport
• Experience on residential or commercial construction sites
