Scrum Master

Scrum Facilitation Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for one or more delivery teams

Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers

Ensure transparency of project status through updated boards, burndown charts, and RAG status reporting

Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team health metrics to the Delivery Manager

Cross-Team & Portfolio Coordination Coordinate dependencies and handoffs across multiple projects/products running in parallel

Identify, escalate, and help resolve blockers, particularly where shared resources (e.g., design, QA) are involved

Support forward planning (e.g., 2-month rolling delivery plans) so teams can anticipate workload and avoid last-minute crunches

Flag capacity or workload risks early and propose mitigation options to the Delivery Manager

Contribute input to portfolio-level reporting, consolidating status across the teams they support

Coaching & Process Improvement Coach team members, Product Owners, and new team members on Agile/Scrum principles

Continuously identify opportunities to improve team processes, ceremonies, and ways of working

Champion a collaborative, self-organizing team culture

Support onboarding of new team members into Agile ways of working

Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact between the delivery team and Product Managers on day-to-day execution matters

Communicate risks, blockers, and status changes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders

Represent the team in cross-functional planning or alignment sessions as needed

Requirements ~4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role

Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks

Experience managing or supporting multiple concurrent projects/products

Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder communication skills

Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar)

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Comfortable working with distributed, cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering)

Nice to Have Experience in digital product revamps or fintech/tech-enabled service platforms

Exposure to portfolio-level reporting (RAG status, risk registers)

Experience supporting more than one team or project simultaneously
