Project Manager with a focus on quality

Do you want to drive technical customer projects in an international environment with high requirements for structure, communication, quality, and delivery?
As a Project Manager with a focus on quality at Sura Magnets, you will lead internal and external projects from start to finish. You are responsible for planning, structuring, and following up on projects so that they are driven forward and delivered according to the customer's requirements, schedule, and expectations.
Since we are a smaller company, the role is broad and operational. In addition to larger customer projects, you will also drive smaller internal assignments as well as work with issues related to deviation management, customer complaints, quality and project documentation linked to customer requirements, and production follow-up.
The role suits you who thrive with clear communication, customer contact, multiple internal contact surfaces, and keeping several parallel issues together without losing the details.

Your main tasks
Lead projects according to the applicable project model
Plan, coordinate, document, and follow up on project progress
Be the customer's contact person in the project
Work with project-related quality documentation and ensure that customer requirements are captured in the project
Visualize project status, risks, activities, and decisions, as well as drive issues that affect schedule, quality, production, or customer requirements
Participate in production preparations, test runs, and follow-up of production outcomes
Drive and follow up on deviation management and customer complaints
Drive smaller internal assignments and improvement activities related to projects, quality, and production
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are structured, communicative, and experienced in driving projects or quality-related assignments in a technical environment. You thrive on taking responsibility, creating progress, and working towards clear goals and deadlines.
You have the ability to lead both individuals and project teams, and you are clear in your communication with customers, suppliers, and internal functions. You are meticulous with documentation and understand the importance of follow-up, visualization, planning, and anchoring in production.
We would prefer that you have:
Experience driving industrial projects within manufacturing industry or quality-related assignments in a technical environment
Good ability to plan, structure, and visualize
Experience with customer contact, reporting, and follow-up
Experience with deviation management, customer complaints, or similar quality work
Experience with documentation within APQP, PPAP, or similar methods
Good understanding of production, capacity, and quality requirements
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Technical education or equivalent technical experience
Experience from the automotive industry, high-volume manufacturing, or working according to IATF 16949 is meritorious. Documented project management training is also meritorious.
