Garden & Grounds Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor Experienced Garden & Grounds Maintenance Team Leader/Supervisor covering the London Borough of Hounslow. Responsible for organising, leading and motivating a team, allocating daily jobs and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Organising and supervising grounds maintenance teams across Hounslow. Allocating daily jobs, planning workloads and managing priorities. Leading, motivating and supporting team members while working hands-on alongside the team. Mowing, strimming, edging and maintaining grassed areas. Maintaining roadsides, roundabouts, verges, public parks and public footpaths. Driving 3.5-tonne vehicles to transport staff, machinery, tools and materials. Ensuring public areas are clean, tidy, safe and well maintained. Working safely around roads, pedestrians and members of the public. Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Must hold a full UK manual driving licence. Pay: £17.00 per hour. Weekly pay.
