Allround Forwarder

For a strongly growing and innovative player within the logistics sector, we are looking for an Allround Forwarder for the Antwerp region. You will join a professional organization that focuses on sustainability, people-oriented entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and following up on transport files from A to Z.
• Maintaining contacts with customers, shipping lines, carriers, agents, warehouses, and customs partners.
• Coordinating import and export shipments.
• Checking and processing transport documentation.
• Preparing quotes and performing rate calculations.
• Negotiating with suppliers and following up on costs.
• Processing invoicing and checking incoming invoices.
• Coordinating customs formalities in collaboration with specialized partners.
• You possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field, or are equivalent through experience.
• You have knowledge of transport documents, logistics processes, and Incoterms.
• You are organizationally strong and maintain an overview, even when pressure increases.
• You work in a customer-oriented manner and communicate smoothly with various stakeholders.
• You possess a very good knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
• You have a hands-on mentality and feel at home in a dynamic logistics environment.
