The SUPPLAY Tertiaire & Cadres Orléans agency is recruiting a full-time temporary METHODS TECHNICIAN M/F for one of its partners.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
- Writing and updating manufacturing sequences, technical notebooks, and work instructions
- Participating in the control of costs related to the Methods department
- Driving actions to improve equipment and tooling
- Providing technical support to production and contributing to the resolution of technical problems
- Participating in the design of new products by providing your expertise on existing or to-be-developed operating modes
- Optimizing manufacturing processes (safety, ergonomics, workstation studies, operating modes...)
- Performing costing of manufacturing times and tooling
- Contributing to the creation of industrial files for new products
- Participating in functional analyses and process AMDEC
- Handling non-conformities related to failures in operating modes or manufacturing sequences
Bac +2/3 technical with 3 to 5 years of experience in methods. Good mastery of manufacturing processes, general mechanics, and problem-solving tools. Comfortable with Pack Office, an ERP, and the writing of technical documents. Professional English. Rigorous, autonomous, analytical profile, with good interpersonal skills and a true capacity for adaptation.
