COST ESTIMATION TECHNICIAN M/F

The SUPPLAY Tertiaire Orléans agency is recruiting for one of its partners a COST ESTIMATION TECHNICIAN M/F on a full-time temporary basis.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Design, define, and estimate new products as part of tenders, while respecting the given deadlines
• Participate, in pairs with market managers, in technical discussions with clients during the tender phases
• Drive cost analyses by applying optimization approaches such as "Target Costing" and "Design to Cost"
• Manage the creation of technical files that do not require project mode management
• Ensure cost monitoring during the construction of technical files
• Participate in the implementation of product and component standardization
• Contribute to the implementation of design guides and the capitalization of expertise

You hold a higher education degree at the Bac +2 to Bac +3 level and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment. You have solid experience in coordinating industrial projects and master office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as monitoring performance indicators (costs, quality, deadlines). You intervene in tenders, Design to Cost approaches, and the definition of product/process pairs in response to client requirements. Organized, rigorous, and possessing a good analytical mind, you are capable of identifying key information, understanding challenges, and proposing concrete solutions. Your interpersonal skills allow you to drive action plans, lead technical meetings, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. An effective communicator and bilingual in English (reading, writing, speaking), you are fully involved in achieving common objectives with commitment and a collaborative spirit.
