Within the Finance Department and reporting to the Management Controller, you will take charge of a portfolio of projects and ensure their financial management from setup to closure.

Your missions:

  • Ensure and validate the administrative, financial, and contractual setup of the offers in your project portfolio.
  • Monitor budgets in close collaboration with project managers.
  • Control the financial progress of projects and analyze variances.
  • Identify financial risks (budgetary drifts, resources, deadlines...) and propose anticipation scenarios.
  • Perform pre-billing operations and prepare expense reports.
  • Ensure the monitoring of funding, particularly European (FEDER, INTERREG...), in connection with the accounting departments.
  • Monitor collections.
  • Organize and lead periodic project reporting.
  • Participate in the financial closures of projects.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits.
  • Participate in the preparation of forecast budgets and their consolidation.
  • Advise operational managers on the economic steering of projects and act as an alert mechanism in case of drift.

Holding at least a Bac+2 in management, accounting, or finance, you have proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position. You master office tools, notably Excel, as well as Word, and are comfortable with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, ideally Oracle Applications and Business Objects. You also possess a professional level of English allowing you to understand and process documents related to European projects. Experience in the financial monitoring of projects and the management of public or European funding would be a real asset.
