• Manage third-party approvals
• Define the quality audit program for assigned third parties and drive its implementation
• Manage change notifications, complaints, as well as associated actions
• Manage quality and technical contracts, including global quality contracts
• Ensure reporting of results within the scope and escalate potential quality and supply risks
• Responsible for the Supplier Quality Committee or equivalent and coordination of associated actions
• Participate in projects involving third parties (new item, troubleshooting, improvement of third-party quality...)
• Manage the lock-back process (owner or back-up)
• Main point of contact within their scope of responsibility during regulatory inspections

Desired Training / Sought Experience / Required Skills: Training: Master's degree (Bac + 5) in quality or equivalent Experience: 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality department Human and interpersonal skills: Rigorous, Autonomous, dynamic Ability to manage cross-functionally Assertiveness and ability to lead conversations with third parties Business and technical skills: Quality, management of computerized tools Languages: English read, written, and spoken
