We are looking for an Inside Sales Air Transport to join a human-sized team specializing in the organization of international transport.

Your daily life

As a true conductor of air transport requests, you will work in direct contact with clients, international partners, and operational teams to build the best logistical solutions.

Your main missions:

• Analyze client needs and understand their constraints to propose adapted solutions.
• Prepare air import and export quotations, taking into account deadlines, costs, and the specificities of each shipment.

• Consult and negotiate with airlines, carriers, agents, and other service providers to obtain the best pricing and operational conditions.
• Build relevant commercial offers and ensure their regular update according to market developments.

• Coordinate the launch of files with the operations teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
• Ensure regular follow-up with clients, respond to their requests, and develop a lasting relationship of trust.

• Participate in the opening and administrative management of client and supplier accounts.
• Work daily with a network of international partners and evolve in an environment resolutely focused on international trade.

What we offer:

• Salary: 30 to 36 KEUR depending on experience
• 39h / week: Fixed hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (with 1h break)
• Participation
• Teleworking: 1 day after 6 months of seniority and depending on progress in the position
• 11 RTT / year

The profile we are looking for

You have proven experience in international air transport, whether in a sedentary commercial or operational role.

You master the mechanisms of air freight forwarding, pricing, Incoterms, and possess a good understanding of the customs environment.

Comfortable in English, you enjoy interacting with various interlocutors and know how to establish contact easily.

Above all, we are looking for a personality: organized, autonomous, persevering, endowed with an excellent sense of customer service and a true commercial flair.
