Supplay Amboise is recruiting a Day Receptionist M/F for its client, located in Amboise (37400).
Your missions:
- Ensure physical and telephone reception of clients
- Manage arrivals, departures, and reservations
- Guarantee professional and warm service
- Ensure the smooth running of stays and client satisfaction
- Work in coordination with internal teams
Hours:
- 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (including 30 min break)
- 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM (including 30 min break)
Working days: Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday Saturday potentially
Remuneration: 12.31 EUR / hour
- You have proven experience in reception or a similar position.
- You master English at a minimum to welcome an international clientele.
- You are rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You enjoy client contact and know how to offer a warm and professional welcome.
- You are autonomous, reliable, and comfortable in a demanding hotel environment.
- You have an excellent sense of service and fluid communication.
