Sales Advisor
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team and assist parents in finding suitable learning programmes for their children. You will be based at our retail outlets, engaging with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
What You'll Do
- Engage with parents, understand their needs and recommend suitable learning programmes
- Follow up with interested customers and drive sales conversions
- Work towards individual sales targets and performance goals
- Support retail promotions, roadshows and other sales activities
- Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to purchase
Who You Are
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Confident speaking with customers and making sales recommendations
- Customer-oriented and comfortable working towards sales targets
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
- Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
