Client Management Executive

We are looking for a Client Management Executive to manage customer relationships while driving sales and new customer acquisition. You will be involved throughout the customer journey, from handling enquiries and converting leads to supporting existing customers and building long-term relationships. What you'll do Manage prospective and existing customer accounts from enquiry to after-sales support Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and drive sales conversions Follow up on leads and work towards monthly sales targets Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Maintain customer records and work with internal teams to resolve customer needs Who you are Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field Target-driven and motivated by achieving results Confident in communicating with customers and handling sales conversations Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple leads and customer accounts Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills Prior experience in sales, customer service or account management is an advantage What we offer Basic salary + uncapped commission and monthly cash incentives Strong earning potential with top performers earning above $5K monthly Opportunities for career progression within the team Hands-on exposure across sales, client management and customer relations
