If this purpose makes your eyes shine, we invite you to begin your Hero's Journey with us 🤩Who are the #SuperHeroes we are looking for?With the mission of transforming the credit market, we are looking for a Consultative & Compliance Lawyer to strengthen SuperSim's Legal team.The position will have a transversal role and work closely with different business areas, supporting legal themes ranging from the negotiation of day-to-day and strategic contracts to corporate, compliance, data protection, intellectual property, capital markets, and banking regulatory fronts.We are looking for someone with an analytical, flexible profile, open to a dynamic environment, who can progressively gain autonomy and contribute to the maturation of the Legal department's consultative front.

Responsibilities and duties

• Negotiate and review various contracts, from day-to-day demands to strategic contracts, aligning legal aspects with internal areas;
• Act on consultative demands related to corporate, compliance, data protection, intellectual property, and capital markets, including FIDCs;
• Support themes related to banking regulatory and the strengthening of internal policies and controls;
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's compliance practices;
• Use artificial intelligence tools to support and optimize legal activities, including contract review;
• Interact closely with areas such as Finance, Gente & Gestão, Marketing, and other teams that require legal support;
• Act collaboratively with leadership and the rest of the Legal team, progressively assuming greater autonomy in deliveries.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed degree in Law;
• Professional experience compatible with a Mid/Senior level position, with consolidated experience in negotiating and reviewing various contracts;
• Previous experience in banking regulatory and/or compliance;
• English for reading and writing;
• Analytical profile, with the ability to evaluate different scenarios and support areas in decision-making;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and priorities;
• Ease in acting transversally and building good relationships with different areas of the company;
• Openness to the use of artificial intelligence applied to legal routines.

Desirable:

• Experience with data protection and LGPD;
• Knowledge in intellectual property;
• Experience or knowledge in capital markets, especially FIDCs;
• Previous experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or startup environments;
• Postgraduate studies or complementary courses related to the position's areas of operation.

The position has a hybrid work model in São Paulo and will be part of a lean Legal team, with proximity to different business areas and direct access to the founders.
