Responsibilities and assignments

Job Objective: Facilitate and promote organizational change by disseminating Lean Manufacturing practices at the Supergasbras headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Influence, engage, and develop leadership at all levels by transferring the necessary knowledge for areas to progress and lead their implementation in the future;
• Provide specialized knowledge in cultural transformation;
• Develop and train employees and leadership in the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools;
• Help in identifying improvement projects, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives;
• Perform assessments to confirm progress and maturity stage and ensure that teams understand the gaps to achieve established goals

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Completed Higher Education in engineering, administration, or related fields, in addition to Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or equivalent;
• Master Black Belt certification is desirable;
• 5-7 years of experience in conducting cultural transformations using Lean, 6 sigma, TPM, or WCM;
• Excellent ability to influence and motivate different organizational levels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capacity;
• Knowledge of Office 365;
• Intermediate to advanced English.
