Responsibilities and dutiesObjective of the PositionMonitor, analyze, and translate customer journey data into actionable insights, identifying deviations and supporting the continuous improvement of operational processes.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitoring indicators - understanding how processes are performing (e.g., supply time, operational failures).Acting as a partner to the operation in process improvement - not just pointing out problems, but proposing adjustments and influencing decisions (e.g., creation of committees, operational changes).Generating and communicating insights to leadership - transforming data into clear messages for managers, directors, and business areas.Detection of risks and deviations - analyzing why results are outside of expectations and seeking explanations from the areas (e.g., logistics, operation).Acting with a strong interface with diverse areas - intense relationship with logistics, commercial, and leadership to direct improvements.
