Mechanical Project Engineer
Job Title :Mechanical Project Engineer Location: Hougang Work schedule: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) Annual Leave: 14 days per year Salary Basic: up to $5,000 + AWS
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer Mechanical services to meet project requirements and standards for building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, owners, and contractors to develop and implement project plans through to completion
- Develop detailed project designs and prepare drawings for authority submissions
- Prepare tender documents and technical drawings to support procurement processes
- Attend site progress meetings and resolve technical issues to maintain project timelines
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Liaise with authorities to obtain plan approvals and facilitate site inspections
- Conduct testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure operational readiness
- Manage system handover processes upon project completion to ensure smooth transition
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by PEB, Singapore
- Individuals with diplomas and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience designing M&E building services, preferably including healthcare projects
- Knowledge of relevant design standards and local authority regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
