Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Technician 3 / 4) Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Basic Salary: $3,500 – $5,500 (Depending on experience) Benefits: $200 Transport Allowance

OT Pay

Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities systems, including HVAC, RODI Water, Mechanical and Electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve facilities equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Monitor equipment performance through BMS and EMS systems.

Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with external vendors.

Support facilities improvement projects and annual plant shutdown activities.

Perform equipment calibration, root cause analysis (RCA) and maintenance reporting.

Maintain equipment records, spare parts and maintenance work orders.

Requirements: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience. Experience in manufacturing or cleanroom facilities environment preferred. Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and support 24-hour standby or 12-hour rotating shifts when required.
