The scheduling clerk manages and plans transport operations in view of the flows to be processed, responding to customer demand. Within the Logistics site, the functions, as a Scheduling Clerk, consist notably of (the list is not exhaustive):

  • Organizing transport traffic, in relation with internal services and providers/suppliers, while optimizing the schedule with the aim of cost rationalization.- Managing truck loading and allocating orders using our internal tool- Responding to the needs of internal and external principals on pricing issues and ongoing flows.- Handling and following up on transport disputes for all flows and analyzing identified malfunctions in order to propose suitable improvement action plans.- Updating the applicable IT tools to manage the different flows and ensure the site's transport statistics. - Managing telephone relations and email processing with carriers / clients / providers- Participating in telephone meetings with, notably, carriers and clients (conflict management, transport indicators,...)- Managing dock scheduling- Alerting the department manager of any malfunction or any request for modification of internal/external processes.

Hiring conditions: Mission start as soon as possible. Profile accepting schedule variations as well as overtime. Weekly work: 35h Shift hours: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid break Hourly rate: between 11.8679 EUR and 12.53 EUR depending on profile.
