ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (HR MANAGER)
Your key tasks are
The key areas of the position are the management and development of the company's personnel matters, administrative tasks, and the company's internal and external communication.
Depending on your background, your duties may include, for example, marketing responsibility or safety manager duties. The job description will be refined based on the strengths of the selected person.
The position requires traveling.
Required expertise for the position
The position requires industry-related theoretical knowledge and experience, which is typically acquired through a relevant higher education degree and work experience. Success in the position requires knowledge of legislation and an understanding of the impact of operating methods on the business.
The role requires strong professional expertise, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Additionally, the position requires the ability to grasp complexities and vision for the development of operations.
In addition, the job requires good interaction, negotiation, and cooperation skills.
We expect English language proficiency from you; knowledge of Swedish or other languages is considered an advantage.
Experience in managing personnel matters for international operations is considered an advantage.
