Basic Salary: S$2,500 + 20% commission on individual monthly sales exceeding S$9,000 + discretionary annual performance bonus.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional Tuina and therapeutic massage services.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures and provide appropriate aftercare advice.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and work areas in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Maintain good customer relationships and deliver professional service.
- Assist with appointments and general clinic duties when required.
- Comply with the clinic’s service, hygiene and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in Tuina or therapeutic massage is preferred.
- Relevant professional training or certification will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, patient and service-oriented.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to serve English and Chinese-speaking clients.
Working Hours: 6 days per week, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Leave Benefits:
- 14 days of sick leave.
- 10 days of paid annual leave after completing one year of service.
- If required to work on a public holiday, a replacement day off will be provided.
