Logistics Specialist

Seeking a motivated and experienced Import & Export Logistics Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our international supply chain activities. Coordinate and follow up on import and export shipments from origin to final destination.

Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs documents.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and ports.

Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal departments.

Follow up with Egyptian ports and customs authorities regarding shipment clearance and release procedures.

Monitor demurrage, detention, storage, and other shipment-related charges.

Prepare daily and weekly shipment status and logistics reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or shipping.

Familiarity with shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and customs documents.

Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports, and transport companies.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of Nafeza, Advance Cargo Information (ACI), and (CPS).

Knowledge of Egyptian customs laws and international trade regulations.
